This course covers all first aid essentials, and is the benchmark of first aid. It is also a company requirement of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, OHSA 1993.

This course covers - Adult and Child CPR & Choking, Emergency scene management, Wounds, Bleeding, Burns, Shock, Vital signs, Unconsciousness, Fainting, Fractures, Bandaging, Splinting, Head and Spinal Injuries, Head to toe survey and Safety.

What you receive - A Level 1 manual (43 pages), a Department of labour accredited First Aid certificate that is Valid for 3 years and a CPR mouth piece, gloves and key ring pouch.
